MarMo Innovations was created to support local startup and youth educational programs with the overarching goal of enriching the lives of our entire community. Our primary focus is guiding members of the community seeking ways to develop their own financial independence.
We believe that the success of local business comes from the heart of a healthy community. It is our mission to support the creation and incubation of these local businesses through mentorship, educational programming, and networking opportunities.
We begin by partnering with local entities and individuals with a shared vision.
Working with Blackstone Launchpad, The Cannon, and local medical, real estate, IT, and other entrepreneurs and professionals, we now host monthly entrepreneur meetups. Local students and entrepreneurs are invited to meet with the MarMo Innovations Advisory Board at MarMo Plaza for networking and building strong connections within the small business community.
Advisory Board Members will gather at regular monthly entrepreneur meetups, which will be available
to stream through CannonConnect and MarMo’s web portals.
The advisory board includes professionals from many sectors including cryptocurrency, software development, investing, real estate, biotech, life sciences, private practice medicine, surgery, and more.
Beyond our support of local businesses, MarMo Innovations works to create educational programs designed for under-resourced members of our community. These programs are designed to support education in fields that generate careers with salaries well above the poverty line.
MarMo Innovations works to make sure these programs create income so that they are self-sustaining and available to our community long term.
To date we have identified two opportunities that meet these criteria:
a pod cast studio and a community coding program.
